Detail Description

The $15 million Electric Power Development Project includes the building of two large hydroelectric plants with a total capacity of 220,000 kw in Lapland and a third smaller plant in eastern Finland. A new 235-mile transmission line will link the Lapland plans with the rest of the national network.
