Austria becomes the 47th member of the World Bank.
Austria signs the IBRD Articles of Agreement, becoming the 47th member of the World Bank. Planning commences without delay and within the next few years, several Bank projects in the electric and power sector will be approved.
The resolution sets out the terms and conditions for Austria joining the Bank.
The minutes contain the adoption of resolution no. 76, welcoming Austria to the IBRD.
