Indonesia signs IFC Articles of Agreement
While Indonesia was an early member of the new International Finance Corporation (IFC), it will take another 15 years before IFC will make its first investment in the country. Indonesia will withdraw from the IFC in 1961 before rejoining on April 23, 1968.
