Anne Krueger becomes first female vice president

By replacing Hollis B. Chenery as the World Bank Group's Chief Economist and head of the Economics and Research Staff, Anne Krueger becomes the first woman to be appointed Vice President. Krueger previously taught at the University of Minnesota
