World Bank Group launches Junior Professionals Recruitment and Development Program
World Bank Group launches the Junior Professionals Recruitment and Development Program to attract young, exceptionally bright, and highly educated professionals from all over the world to join its fight against poverty. The program represents a major shift in the Bank Group’s recruitment process, which up until 1962 only included recruitment of mid-career professionals.
